3 parents and former Head of School have been invited to meet the Education & Skills Committee at the Scottish Parliament to discuss the closure of the school.
Amongst the topics for discussion will be;
The circumstances leading to closure and the behaviour of PKC and the Care Inspectorate
The dishonest statements made by PKC/CI and others at the time of closure
The failure of authorities to provide the support promised to pupils by John Swinney (Education Minister)
Clear evidence that authorities such as PKC are managing ASN budgets by not providing education for substantial numbers of pupils, especially those with ASD and anxiety disorders, and are thus failing to meet their statutory obligations
